Using a blend of purposely chosen Aromatherapy oils and Restorative poses, you are guided into a tranquil state with a gentle pressure point massage while resting into the poses.

Guided into a deeply relaxing Yogic sleep, into the place between consciousness and sleeping.
Restorative Meditation & Massage Yoga
A traditional Restorative class with guided meditation and gentle massage techniques to help ease tension and aid relaxation.
Tension Release Yin Yoga
A therapeutic sequence to help release muscle, Fascia and joint tension that begins and ends with a guided meditation.
A full body and mind conditioning vinyasa flow yoga class. Your teacher will incorporate a variety of modifications for students and their respective levels, creating a communal space for everyone to work within their own practice. This will allow beginners the opportunity to explore more complex sequences and peak poses, while providing a challenge for more advanced students.
A gentle yoga flow followed by deep Yin stretches.
Yoga & Meditation
In this practice you will mindfully explore various aspects of yoga such as: gentle movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is well suited for those seeking a balanced class of both meditation and movement. If you are newer to yoga, you would benefit from this class. For the more seasoned yogi looking for a class that is more than active asana, this beautiful class is for you! Leave feeling refreshed and more connected to self.
